Monday Mischief: Ninja Training School


I bet you didn't know that I am a Ninja.  Yep.  It's true.  I am a Ninja that moves at the speed of light; so fast that you can't photograph me and so silent that you never hear me coming.  I blend in with my surroundings, I move swiftly in the night, I - oh who am I kidding?  I'm a french bulldog in a Ninja Turtle costume who honks louder than a freight train.  I wear this garb to distract my humans from the reality of the situation:  I am in Ninja Training School.


Hold your horses, I know what you're thinking:  "what in tarnation is this girl thinking?  how is a honking French Bulldog with no thumbs going to become the world's most dangerous assassin?"  Well, the good news I am only trying to assassinate the backyard lizards not looking to assassinate anyone (lawyer's edit).  The bad news (for you) is that I am learning to steal your food right off your fork without you noticing.  Pretty slick, right?

Today's lesson, as you can see above, is the secret Ninja hypnotic stare.  When I use it on you, you cannot resist the urge to give me all of the food on your plate.  I jump at your side and emit my hypnotic stare until I have eaten all of the food at the table.  You are I am getting sleepy, very sleepy.  Time for a nap.  What Ninja-worthy mischief have you gotten into recently?  I'd love to replicate it in my home hear all about it in the comments.

    Daisy, you really honk louder than a freight train? :) Maybe you should use your honking skills to distract the humans during dinner and then - when they're up looking for the train - run over and steal their food off their plates? Or, you could just keep up that hypnotic stare. My lowriders like to call that the corgi mind meld. Of course, all the corgis are planning to take over the world (scary)...
