Everypuggy in the Pool for #NationalPetDay!

Happy #NationalPetDay friends!  I hope that you had a wonderful day celebrating your incredible pets.  Even though I believe that a celebration of pets should happen everyday, it is wonderful to have the opportunity to have a day to truly acknowledge and honor pets and the joy that they bring to their owners' lives.  Fortunately, National Pet Day fell on a Saturday, so I was able to throw an awesome pool pawty to celebrate!

We invited our neighbor, Truman the pug, to join in on the festivities; and, except for me getting hangry (hungry + angry) and not wanting to share my pool snacks, we had a blast!  Here are some of my pool pawty highlights:

We had such a good time at the pawty!  After everyone went home, I refused to stay in the house and parked myself near the front door invited myself to lunch with my humans.  Since it was National Pet Day, I stole a tortilla chip they treated me to an awesome lunch at Lime.  What a great day!  Did you celebrate National Pet Day?  Tell me all about it in the comments!
